On the Clock
Lizzi joined WellnessIQ in 2026 as an Executive Assistant. Before working at WellnessIQ, Lizzi graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with her Bachelors of Science in Adult Youth Adolescent education with a minor in English and Tourism, Leisure and Event Planning. She taught for 6 years in a variety of classrooms ranging from 6th-9th grade, as well as teaching in different sectors including private and public. She left education in 2025 to become an administrative assistant at the Cleveland Clinic for head and neck cancer, where she was able to support surgeons, APPs and patients. This allowed her to widen her skillset and transition her abilities to be successful at WellnessIQ.
Off the Clock
When I'm not working, you can find me reading a good book or watching a baking/cooking show with my fiancée, Alex, dog, Bella, and 2 cats, Rose and Merlot. If I am not reading, I can also be found taking various work out classes including dance fitness and hot yoga. Whatever I have time left is spent making press-on nails that I wear and sell and hanging out with friends.
Fun Fact/Unique Skill:
I used to have my boutique make-up license while working at Sephora, but since leaving, I found another creative outlet, which is making press-ons. I'm not formally trained, but if I can paint a face; I have found that I can paint nails.
Favorite Recipe:
I'm a sucker for a sweet treat, but since I am currently shredding for the wedding with Keto, I love a pizza chaffle (pizza style cheese-waffle).
