Thomas joined WellnessIQ in July of 2023. He is a driven marketing professional & and problem solver, with the goal of helping an organization's employees unlock their total holistic potential, in and out of the workplace, through strategic growth in organizational wellbeing, people operations, and investment in human capital. He takes great pride in delivering superior results and deliverables for his clients and colleagues, all while fostering and maintaining an energetic and efficient camaraderie with his peers. Thomas is experienced in client delivery & implementation, marketing research & strategy (survey design, deliverable design & qualitative/quantitative analysis), customer service, and business-to-business (B2B) sales. Other work experiences include a year as a Business Development Manager at The SpyGlass group, a student consultancy with COTA (Central Ohio Transport Authority) in Spring 2022, a sales & management internship with Sherwin Williams, and four years of customer service experience at TopGolf.
Thomas went to The Ohio State University, graduating in 2022 with a business degree with a marketing specialization and a minor in political science. While at Ohio State, Thomas served on the executive board of Never Walk Alone, a mental-health awareness organization, and worked for OSU’s varsity aquatics teams.
Off the Clock
Originally from Cincinnati, Thomas’ parents grew up on the west side of Cleveland, and instilled a lifelong love of the Browns, Cavaliers and Guardians in him and his brother. Along with the Buckeyes, he tries to get to as many games as possible. Thomas is also an avid golfer and fancies himself an amateur chef. He is also a trivia junkie and consumes all the random knowledge he can!
