Justine is an Account Manager with ten years of experience within the Health, Wellness and Sport world. She has a vast amount of experience in managing and creating health plans and activities that fit each individual’s lifestyle. She has held jobs as a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, collegiate fitness/recreation center manager, and as an Athletic Director.
Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Sport Management, both from Cleveland State University.
Her main focus is to help clients provide opportunities and encouragement to their employees to become the best, healthiest version of themselves.

Turkey Rice Bowl: this is the easiest, but super delicious, meal that only takes about 15 minutes to prepare. All you need is Ground Turkey, Rice, Taco Seasoning, Shredded Cheese, and whatever veggies you prefer (I usually use Broccoli, Green Pepper and/or Corn). Just make everything as normal and mix together! Great for meal prep!
