Why Mental Health First Aid?
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
Participants will learn how to recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, respond confidently to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, connect people with appropriate professional resources, and better understand the impact of trauma, self-care, and recovery in supporting overall wellbeing.
Virtual Training
- 2-hour self-paced online learning
- 4.5-hour live instructor-led virtual session
Cost: Virtual $750 flat rate + $50 per person (5 person minimum)
Schedule: Virtual 2-hour self-paced online course + 4.5 virtual Instructor-led training via video conference.
Onsite Training
- 7.5-hour instructor-led course at your location
Cost: In-Person $1,500 flat rate + $50 per person + travel & expenses (20 person minimum)
Schedule: In-person 7.5 hour course
