Pricing & buy-up options:

  • Starts at $7800
  • $600 - Live event provided by WellnessIQ (yoga, ergonomics, cooking demos, live workouts, mindful coloring, webinars)
  • Coordination of additional vendors (more than 10) - $500 per block of 10
  • $2,000 - 11 additional months of your site live (12 months total)
  • Site translation for additional languages - pricing based on language and content. Please inquire.
  • Purchase of additional swag boxes – prices based on items selected

Onsite Health & Benefits Fairs

Bring employees together with face-to-face interactions, wellness screenings, educational booths, and engaging activities.

Pricing:

  • Full Coordination $5,800 - We fully coordinate your event beginning to end.
  • Day-of Presence $975 per day plus T&E - This resource supports onsite registration for the event, coordination of vendor locations and onsite giveaway selections and announcements.

Includes:

  • Dedicated project manager
  • Informational event landing page, live for the duration of the event
  • Custom event registration form & Swag winner announcements
  • Coordination of up to 20 vendors
  • May include your own current vendor partners or local vendors you wish to engage with for onsite activities/education
  • Up to a 4-hour event (fees may apply if longer)
  • Employee passport for tracking vendor visits
  • Post-event engagement report
  • Single save-the-date marketing piece

Buy-Up Options:

  • Travel and expenses are not included in the price listed below and will be estimated for the client before the purchase.
  • Pre-built booths
    • $1,500 - Ask the Dietitian
      • Booth video content library & 6 hours onsite including break time
    • $1,500 - Health Coaching Booth
      • Booth content library & 6 hours onsite including break time
      • Can include a focus on Sleep, Tobacco Cessation or other approved health topic

 

    • Chair Massage - Starting at $175/hour (3 hr minimum)
    • Stretch Lab - Starting at $175/hour (3 hr minimum)
    • CardiOptics Cardiovascular and Cancer Screening- Starting at $295 per participant (minimum 20 appointments)
