On the Clock

I am new to the team as a Wellness Strategy Manager servicing the Virgin Pulse Silo. I love working with people and especially with people who want to optimize their health and life! I have always had a passion for health and wellness, but it has recently been more ignited as became a certified sleep coach!

I have spent the last 4 years participating in various wellness committees in medical education to strategize, enhance and promote health programing for medical students. I am looking forward to working with groups of people who are ready to take the next step in their health and wellbeing journey!

Off the Clock

I enjoy anything that involves a social gathering, crafts and traveling! I love spending time with my family and friends and when the weather permits (or even when it doesn’t) I love spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Fun Fact/Unique Skill:

I am a certified sleep and wellbeing coach.

Favorite Recipe:

Oat Energy Bites

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup of mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of honey

Mix it all up in a bowl, put the bowl in the fridge for ~30 minutes and then roll into small balls or roll out dough and cut into bars. You can keep them out for up to a week or keep in the refrigerator!
