On the Clock

Tim attended Northern Illinois University for Business Management and is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science at Franklin University. Starting his professional career in the hospitality and information technology industries, he realized his true passion was helping others become the best versions of themselves.

Working in Chicago, IL, Tim trained clients both one-on-one and through group fitness. He transitioned from training in the commercial gym space to managing his own fitness studio where he could focus on helping both clients and team members grow professionally. In addition to a certification in Personal Training, Tim is also a certified Health Coach and both a Women’s Exercise Specialist and a Youth Exercise Specialist. Tim is proud to be a member of the WellnessIQ team, so he can help bring his goal of a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible.

Off the Clock

Outside of work Tim brings wellness home with him and stays active by running through the Cleveland Metroparks and working on projects around the home. When he isn’t working on homework or keeping busy outside, he enjoys relaxing by watching baseball and football games either at home or in person. As a die-hard Chicago White Sox and Bears fan, there is hardly a time when that isn’t possible.

Fun Fact/Unique Skill:

Tim is a Boston Marathon qualifier (He would also like to note that he is no longer that fast, and can no longer run that far).

Flourless Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Bananas
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein

 

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas first
  2. Mix all the ingredients together into a batter
  3. Place in a rectangle baking dish
  4. Bake at 375 degrees until center is cooked (check with toothpick, about 40 minutes)
