On the Clock

Emily is a Wellness Strategy Manager servicing the Virgin Pulse platform. In her role at WellnessIQ, she manages many different clients with various requests and needs to drive engagement and overall wellbeing within their organizations.

Emily has always had a passion for wellness and has over 10 years of experience within this field. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. She was able to combine her education degree and lifestyle with this passion to become a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer instructor. Emily loves to help people become healthier versions of themselves through leading by example when it comes to physical fitness, nutrition and emotional wellness.

Prior to WellnessIQ, Emily worked in all types of fitness centers and gyms. Throughout these positions, she was able to grow her passion for helping people by teaching classes, creating fitness and wellness programs and running events. With her background in education, wellness, and exercise, Emily brings a wide variety of experience to WellnessIQ!

Off the Clock

When Emily is not working, you can find her training at the gym or walking her dog, Piper. You will also find Emily reading mystery novels or enjoying time with her family.

Fun Fact/Unique Skill:

Emily has been doing Power Lifting training for 10 years and competed in 2021. She also is training for her 3rd triathlon for this summer.

Favorite Recipe:

Emily loves breakfast foods and sweets! During the holidays she will make homemade cinnamon rolls for all her family and friends in honor of her grandma who taught her how!

Healthy Recipe

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls


  • Frozen bread dough
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • White sugar
  • Melted butter
  • Raisins and nuts (optional)


  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Milk



Add as much of the ingredients as you’d like onto the cinnamon roll!
