Meghan Golding

Meghan has a passion for health and wellness and is excited to use that passion to help others with their goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health with a Community Health Services major and an Environmental Health Science minor from Ohio University.
Meghan grew up on a small fruit and vegetable farm and has always been exposed to and understood the importance of eating whole, plant-based foods and engaging in a healthy lifestyle. Her first job was picking and selling produce. Meghan’s prior experience includes completing an internship at a health department, working at a fitness club, and being a research assistant for health and wellness studies in adults with chronic disabling conditions.
Meghan understands the impact that health status has on all scales. She is ready to connect and drive engagement in wellness programs to ultimately reduce health care costs and increase employee productivity and wellbeing.
Off the Clock
When Meghan is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking nutritious meals, engaging in a variety of physical activities, and hanging out at the beach soaking up the sun. If going to a gym,Meghan likes to lift weights and use the StairMaster. If outside, she likes to go for a walk in the park or perform outdoor bodyweight workouts. She also enjoys attending hot yoga classes.
Fun Fact/Unique Skill:
Meghan used to horseback ride and luckily always landed on her feet anytime she fell off.

Simple Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked quinoa
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 jar of kalamata olives
- 1-2 lemons squeezed for juice
Instructions
- Toss all fresh ingredients together and enjoy cold!
(Sprinkle sea salt to taste)
