Take time to recharge, reset, and soak up the season! The Summer Reset Challenge encourages you to slow down, prioritize rest, and engage in light, joyful wellness activities—like outdoor walks, digital detox days, and moments of mindfulness—perfect for summer’s longer days and laid-back vibe.

How to Participate

  • Once purchased you will receive a marketing piece to share with employees
  • Employees will Download the Bingo card from this marketing piece and complete the activities on the card, following survey completion instructions by June 2nd for a chance to win an Apple Watch or AirPods to indicate your participation
  • Employees can share their progress on social media using our hashtag #SummerReset & Tag @WellnessIQ – this will earn your employees an additional chance to win.
