Prior to joining the team, Mason worked in consultative sales and outbound business development roles where he focused on building pipelines, connecting with decision-makers, and helping businesses identify solutions tailored to their goals. He also has experience developing marketing initiatives and client-facing systems from the ground up, giving him a strong understanding of both relationship-building and strategic growth.
Passionate about health, wellness, and personal development, Mason is driven by helping organizations create stronger, healthier workplace environments while delivering a high-level client experience. He earned his degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
Off the Clock
Residing in Tampa, Mason enjoys strength training, running, music production, and creative expression. He is passionate about personal growth and enjoys constantly challenging himself both physically and mentally. Whether he's in the gym, out on a run, working on music, or exploring new places, Mason values discipline, authenticity, and living with purpose.
