Wellness Strategy Manager

On the Clock

I recently earned my Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University in May 2025, where I also completed my Bachelor of Science in Public Health! I’m passionate about health and wellness and have a lot of experience in community outreach, injury prevention, and strategic public health initiatives. Most recently I worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator at University Hospitals, where I managed health-focused programs and lead collaborative wellness efforts. I’m excited to bring this experience and passion to the Wellness Strategy Manager role!

Off the Clock

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. I regularly practice yoga and love going for runs or hikes whenever I can. I’m always up for an adventure, whether that’s traveling to new places or trying out different restaurants in Cleveland!

Fun Fact/Unique Skill:

I played club tennis at Ohio State and taught tennis for about 3 years!

Favorite Recipe:

I have such a sweet tooth, so I love finding healthy desserts to make. My favorite is Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Bark! The recipe is down below.

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 pitted dates
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Toppings: chopped walnuts, almonds or peanuts (optional but adds additional crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Line baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Slice dates open and press them flat on the parchment paper to form a base, slightly overlapping them
  3. Spread peanut butter evenly over layer of dates
  4. Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20 second intervals until smooth
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly
  6. Add toppings if desired
  7. Freeze for 20 minutes, or until firm 8. Chop into pieces and enjoy!
